I liked everything in this Hotel: Staff is excellent, very pleasant & helpfull: Mr. Riyadh and Mr. Ridha with his welcoming attitude. Rooms are spacious, very clean, bathrooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Beds are so restful and homely. Hotel reception is spacious and enjoyable to sit at while waiting for friends to pass by and pick-up. Several lifts are available all the time, which makes it very practical to reach your room in a minute or less! Parking spaces available inside the Hotel space, nice view of greenyard... A very good experience indeed!

The cleaning staff's professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, maintaining spotless common areas and rooms. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness was evident in its pristine condition, from the lobby to the bathrooms. Overall, Golden Tulip El Mechtel exceeded expectations, offering a comfortable and immaculate accommodation experience

The room is spacious with a sofa, armchair, large table, a min bar, a bottle of water, a large shower, a large bed, comfy, good lighting with many options available to customise, 5 elevators so you never wait too much, free car park, great location if you have business in the city center but not far from other parts of the city if you avoid rush hours to reach your destination... for example, the airport is at 10 min without traffic and a maximum of 20 minutes in case of that.

Food was tasty and big variety. Staff was polite and friendly,check in was fast. Very safe too,security present 24h. Pool was very clean,safeguard was present all day. We liked everything,no complaints. Everything was clean.Room was exactly as in pictures. Internet was very good. Our 16 yo son with disability got special treatment,everyone was extremely nice with him.he even was not charged for lunch and dinner. Big thank you from room 583,best wishes from Ireland😀

I arrived late and hungry and soon had large pasta and seafood dinner, along with bottle of excellent Tunisian wine. Prices were very reasonable. Hard to beat all this! Plus the place looks great.
